The high beam indicator on at all times means something, I forget what so check the archives it is common. Ground your headlights out at the buckets. Mine were inoperable last year the day before inspection, I didn't bother cleaning the two ground crowns behind the fuse box, I tapped the ground wire at the lights themselves and grounded them to a screw holding the headlight "frame".
Ryan Now that I think about it the high beam on at all times might be a bad ingition switch or headlight switch. There's lots in the archives, I had to dig in there last year to get my shit right.
