Rob,

They are called "fabric snaps".  They have them at McMaster-Carr, and also at my local Ace Hardware stores, that's where I bought them.  At Ace, they come in a kit, with both the male and female pieces.  (The "male" attaches with a screw to your wall; the "female" is two halves that sandwich a piece of fabric; the kit comes with a punch/die to swage the two female halves together securely).  I made a curtain for behind the front seats; I'm not sure if the size is EXACTLY the same as the kind used on Westy's.

By the way, my curtain consists of a piece of fabric with a hem a the top; a bungee cord goes through this.  The ends of the bungee are terminated in loops which go over the white plastic "thingees" on the walls just aft of the front seats.  I also have a modified plastic "C-clip" (for routing electrical wires and so forth) which is screwed into the air-conditioner assembly behind the front seats; the bungee/curtain snaps into this clip, stationed at the halfway point, so that the curtain doesn't sag.  I use the fabric snaps to secure the curtain snugly against the walls so nobody can peek in, two snaps per side.  Mostly for "stealth" camping situations, not really needed in a campground.

But it all works great, installs/removes in less than 10 seconds and not as obvious as the "around the windshield" Westy arrangement.  The fabric is the same as my homemade window curtains, so it all looks "together".

I've been looking on-line for those snaps with a screw in the middle like the type that are used to mount the front privacy curtains. I have not gone to a hardware or fabric store yet. I want to make a snap-on curtain for just behind the drivers seat for parking in well lighted rest areas.

Does anyone know if these have a proper name?
