If they are traveling north on I15, tell them about the burger bar in Roy, Utah (assuming no vegetarians). I have never eaten there but saw it on an episode of diners/driveins/dives. Supposed to have really good burgers.

Looks like they are generally cruising at a considerate 50-55mph when grade is even, and 3rd gear in the low 40's when attacking grades up to 3%.
