It looks like the guys are near Fisherman's Wharf. That's the SF Maritime Museun in the background. They appear to be on Jefferson Street in front of the white building which is on Jefferson Street. Had a jumpstart kit with me too. Too bad I did not see mail until now. =( Forewarn them if they haven't already discovered that most sections of Fisherman's Wharf has parking meter enforcement 24 hours a day.
