Currently the fuel injector seals are being replaced. This is the last step before determining if I need a new cat. The shop recommends a California catalytic converter but he says they are difficult to get and very expensive ($795). Does anyone know the best source to get one? He does not think a non-CA cat will reduce the NOx enough to pass the emissions test. Is a CA cat a straight replacement or is the piping different? -David --- On Thu, 6/18/09, Dennis Haynes <d23haynes57@hotmail.com> wrote: > From: Dennis Haynes <d23haynes57@hotmail.com> > Subject: RE: Emissions failure Nox (update) > To: covrambles@YAHOO.COM, vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > Date: Thursday, June 18, 2009, 4:07 AM > That is perfectly normal.
