BTDT! I worked the aviation industry for a long time. I know how you
feel. Same with airplanes. But, ya love it - as did I with the
airplanes. So in spite of the down side, I always found an up side.
On the vans - I own three. With these van's sometimes we win the game,
sometimes we lose the game, and some get called on account of
blue/orange/green coolant on the ground under the cylinder head. - right
after installation after a complete engine rebuild!!!!
Gad! I do love those Vanagons - in spite of themselves!
