FWIW, seller told me that he's down to $7,000 (even though ad on TS lists $7,499). I've never seen it personally so I can't vouch for it . . . and of COURSE I don't want anyone to get ripped-off . . . but I understand that he's moving to Hawaii.

In 3 days.

And he wants this wrapped-up by then . . . Honestly, if I had a steady income (the same as before I was let-go from my job in March) I'd have already made an offer by now.... He's as close to 'in my back yard' as Syncro shopping can get.
