Boy how many times to have to rehash this?

In my opinion and experience Bus Depot is great. I order from multiple
vendors so I appreciate them all - however I will agree that BD often has
the lower price.

I also think that deciding not to order from a specific vendor hurts you
more than it does the vendor. We don't really have a lot of resources out
there so why cut yourself off from a solid one?

Everyone has different expectations and experiences I guess. Personally I've
never found BD to have poor customer service either. I've spoken with many
of the folks there by phone and always felt I was taken care of.

While I can understand frustration I also agree that venting here in such a
way causes nothing but problems and long back and forth threads. While I
think it's appropriate to come to the list with such issues I also feel it
should be an absolute last option.

Sorry you had (or feel you had) a bad experience and I hope it works out the
best for everyone involved.
