First off, didn't one of the acting moderators post in the last 60days NOT to bash on vendors on this list. Bus Depot has been one of my primary suppliers to keep my fleet of vans running strong. I have met the owner but have not actually been to the store location. All of my orders have been placed one of two ways: 1. internet order paid by credit card. I have received a FedEx or UPS tracking email within two days of placing the order. 2. When I need the stuff ASAP or have questions as too available parts from the part number, I call and place my order. I ask for all available shipping options and ask when it will all be picked for shipping. I would also like to add that my last order, though a part was destroyed in transit (FedEx), the customer service and speed to which Bus Depot sent a new replacement part and an RA# for paid return of the damaged part was amazing! I only had limited down time and the replacement worked perfectly. I did call CS to discuss the options when the part arrive damaged. Thank you Ron, Matt and all other BD employees for keeping the supply lines open. dylan ________________________________ From: Kim Brennan <kimbrennan@MAC.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Wednesday, June 17, 2009 10:07:53 AM Subject: Re: tracking # Upgrading your shipping matters not, if they don't ship from SE PA. I've tried to get overnight shipping from them, and it took a week, even though I'm in Northern Virginia, within 3 hours driving of them. I publicly say these things in hopes that it will make a difference. But based on the publicly posted comments, I see that it still hasn't made a difference.
