My husband and I have been ordering from Ron since he first started. Have
wrong parts arrived,have parts been damaged,yes to both... Stuff happens.
BUT,they always correct the problem. We have a problem with a defective part
right now that we plan on sending back and already have emailed Ron about
it. He was great about getting back to us and never accused us of wrong
doing,installing the part wrong, he just wrote send me the exhaust part and
we'll take care of it. His first question was do you need a replacement
right away to get back on the road! That means lost in my book. We used to
host a campout and he was very generous with the donations for the raffle
and door prizes. The main thing that impresses me is even when someone posts
an attack on him he never comes back fighting but instead just states the
facts. Thankfully Ron has thick skin and as usual can brush it off.
