The adjuster just called me back. I had left him a message with a counter-offer which he didn't like. He said he wenot on eBay and found an '84 with a buy-it-now of $4,900. I looked at the ad, and it has the older interior, and rot under the windshield and back window. Plus the older seats without armrests, older style slider, different curtain hangers, etc.
