There are as many methods as there are list members.., well, almost.
Couple of years ago, Unca Joel wrote up a lengthy series on the latest in
coolants. Based on that, I use Zerex G05. Still expensive, but half the VW
stuff.
And for filling and bleeding, nothing beats the "Libby Bong". Look it up on
The Samba list.
