David, All German DIN standards are the same, regardless of make or model. Here are the terminal designations by DIN number; 31 - Return line to battery - battery terminal or ground, direct ( to chassis negative?) 75- Radio, cigarette lighter (main + power source feed?) 58a- Side-marker lamps, tail lamps, license-plate lamps and instrument-panel lamps (switch backlight (dimmable) power feed?) 86-Start of winding, switching relay (power to a foglamp relay?) 55- Fog lamps (to foglamps?) HTH, Mike B. The connections on this switch are 31, 75h, 58a, 86N, & 55S. Can someone help me convert the connections? Im pretty sure the 31 is the ground for the light, the others are horizontal in orientation except 55S is vertical. Im wondering if the vanagon switch has the same layout but different labels. Thanks in advance David Hines 87' suby frankensyncro |
