It seems that whenever the list is down the vanagon owners suffer collapse much quicker than their rides ;-)

Now thanks to all involved for keeping the list going, particularly Jim for the moderation and Tom for hosting the machine and donating the bandwidth.

I for one appreciate that we stay independent of the yahoo/google/microsoft oligopoly. Their services hang or fail occasionally also. But most importantly, as long as the list stays with us, an enlightened vanagonaut will be watching over the 1.5 decade of irreplaceable archives and their wealth of information. Think of what the average yahoo at Yahoo might do if told to prune storage space?
