That hose was a dripper on out old motor also. Like Scott said replace the clamps if they spring so you can tighten it down. Just don't break the housing (isn't it metal on a syncro?) . To replace you can remove the bolt that hold the metal line down to the head for some more slack to make it easier. That line goes to the oil cooler in case your interested. Don't be tempted to smear the line with any sealants to seal the leak or help get it on. I don't know if a little spray silicone would be good or bad. I know my husband put a light spray on the hose going to the coolant cap to make that easier to remove,but its not under the 10-15lbs the rest of the coolant system is. Plus we have a spring clip on our cap hose that has two large tabs covered in rubber that you can squeeze with your fingers to remove. That way it won't blow off,but still easy to remove by hand. Don't ask me where to buy this clamp I found it in a box of parts that came with a moped we had.
