Yes, I too am a fan of Optima batteries. I've only had experience with three of the red tops, but the absence of battery post corrosion and associated messiness make them worth every penny, IMHO.

As an interesting side note, a truck I bought last year has a Wally World battery in it, which was manufactured by Johnson Controls - - this is the same manufacturer that used to make the legendary Sears Die Hard, which was unbeatable in it's heyday (not to be confused with the current Die Hard, which is a premium-priced Exide). Still, when it goes, I'll be replacing it with another Optima.
