I recall an item on the evening news recently about a woman who was being stalked by he ex. Everywhere she looked she saw him. While drive, at the store etc. At first the police said it was coincidence. However at her insistence they searched her vehicle and found a GPS enabled cell phone stashed behind the radio bezel of her SUV. A charger had been wired in so it was always on. With that her ex was able to figure out exactly where she was at any time.

Parents can also use them to keep track of kids.

BTW, weren't the "6 guys" traveling across the USA being tracked via cell phone?
