Where and what is this program? Anyone have a web address to find some info? I have an old Dodge Van in my pasture that has been sitting for a bunch of years...Late 70s van, still runs ok, was my way old Baja cruiser at one time. I could only get scrap $ for it now, probably, but it might be nice to get some Government $ if they are giving it away....

One of my friends just got in on that SUV- Tax deal before they finally stopped giving it out...He got a brand new big fat GMC SUV because it weighed over 5000lbs..He wanted a littler one, looking at some and just ready to shell out around $40k on a Beamer or something when his accountant said..."Whoa! If you buy one that weighs 500lbs more, the Government will pitch in $20k..." So he went to the Chevy dealer and cut a deal on the GMC for $23k...Government sent him $20k and he was out of pocket $3k for a 2008 GMC-whatever mobile...silly...
