actually that's exactly what i'm gonna do. i have a 95 cadillac with suspension problems that would cost several thousand to fix. i am unwilling to sell it because it is unsafe to drive. my daily driver is a toyota echo. i have an offer of $4,000 for the toyota. i will take the $4,000 and the $4,500 "clunker" money for the cadillac and buy a new hyundai for $12,500 (i already have the deal made) and get a fairly nice new car for $4,000. it will be a major upgrade to my old toyota and will have a 100,000 warranty - on the car j.w. powers rated as being the highest quality compact.
