Larry and Listees.  Stanley makes one of those twist the shaft and it
rotates the ratchet gizmos, but the Stanley tools are made in China
now, so that might be a factor before giving a gift to someone you
like.  Paying $22 for it a Wal mart is a totally separate issue.
