If it's just making a dreadful howling racket it's likely the bearings are worn and chattering (rolling around the inside of the bushing instead of rotating smoothly within it). That means bearing or motor replacement, and the easy way to do that is the complete blower assembly inside the heater case. OTOH if it's been running smoothly and suddenly is now actually shaking things around it, either the fan rotor has come apart or (more likely) there's a wasp's nest or a dead mouse or something else that doesn't belong lodged inside it. Which may or may not indicate that the screen on the intake has come adrift somehow.
