Do not forget to clean the ENTIRE insides of the heater box including the heat exchanger and the funky metal plate over it. Do not forget to install a plastic cap of some sort over the end bushing of the new motor to keep dirt from getting in there and causing the new motor to end up like the old one. That bushing is the very first thing the dirty outside air hits when coming in the heater from outside.
