Do you remember those plastic, mouth-shaped things that pretty much covered your lips, and you'd put it in/on your mouth, blow into it and it would whistle? Pretty much like that doo-hickey. 'cept it sticks into their mouth with a little protrusion for the "administrator" to glow into. If someone did the upchuck thing into it, I'd ask them to clean it off, then proceed. (MY tongue, in MY cheek)
