Subject: Swap a Mazda Diesel in a Vanagon?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi all.

Gotta love Youtube

Perused some footage of the Mazda b2200 TD. Appears to spin the right way.

As does a Nissan SD25

Anyone know if these engines are too long or tall to fit w/o cutting metal? Just curious.... I imagine KEP could/does make an adaptor plate for this.

BTW, youtube is a great resource for stuff like this. (i.e. didn't know what way these engines turned) And, there's even some (albeit only a few hits) Vanagon engine swap videos. (Bostig, VR6)

Neil.
