Hey guys, I'm currently out of the country and have my van parked in a friend's driveway. I was trying to reregister, but due to some paperwork issues am trying to get a phone number (Van is in Calfornia, so trying california DMV)

phone number i've been calling is 1-800-777-0133, but it's always busy Any advice how to further proceed?

Also, am looking to get a cover for it so that it can be on the road (to both protect and conceal, since the tags are currently expired) And am looking at these. Dimensions and quality wise, do you guys have any thoughts?
