John, you just use a piece of coolant hose. Make it long enough so it doesn't kink and you should be fine. I have been using the 443121107A hose as this is made for coolant so it won't degrade with it. This hose is just a bleeder to allow air to get out of the engine and up into that coolant rail that goes around the engine bay. I guess they got tired of the early vans having problems bleeding air out of the coolant system so they put the rail around the engine bay as a high spot so that the air would go into that and the engine could self bleed. So that is really all that hose is for a bleeder and if it has a small kink it is not critical. It should still work properly. Let me know if I can help you further.

This line is only 4"-5" long and when I bend a length of coolant line, it nearly collapses on itself due to the tight bend. I also tried 7mm fuel line and it was slightly better. I longer length of line does not work any better. > > > > Anyone else run into this? It's hose #27 on the diagram I found on-line. > >
