We list them as '85-up, with a note that the different vent arrangement above the sliding door makes them a less then perfect fit if used on earlier years. These are a duplicate of the original Westfalia option available in Germany, which was originally intended for later model Vanagon Westies. Even on those the fit is not as exacting as I would have expected from Westfalia (although the fit of the repro is true to the original; this I can vouch for as I have an original one). On earlier models you may need to mess with the snap location a bit to figure out what works for you. The snaps are included but not pre-installed on the screen, so you can place them wherever you like.
