Once upon a time, I pulled one of the armrest off the Captain's seats to tighten it up. Somewhere out there is a how-to article detailing the procedure, but have lost it. If I recall, you have to drive a pin out after pulling the fabric back. Kind of pain if I recall, but it worked in the end. Can anyone point me to a url that describes the procedure?
