I do not have the link on hand but have performed the repair more than once(two vans = 8 armrests). You need to pull back the vinyl and drive the roll pin out with a long thin punch. A 1/4" bolt at least 4 inches long works well. When doing this I slide a piece of plastic(usually my drivers license, credit card, etc) between the pin and the vinyl to protect it from being torn. Once the pin is out pull the armrest off of the shaft, remove the two screws attaching the bracket to the seat, apply locktite and reinstall. Reinstallation of armrest is reverse of removal procedure.
