"but haven't seen any 2CVs though.."   Don't need to be in France for that.  There's a cute yellow one in my work neighborhood (saw it yesterday on the drive home) and a black-fender-chocolate-body one garaged a two blocks from my house.   Stephen

Yep, that's part of the attraction of watching the TdF...all of the interesting cars along the side of the road! Yes, I do keep an eye out for VW campers...but haven't seen any 2CVs though...
