I don't know the answer to your question....... but I would suspect that somewhere ..........on AZ's DMV site, where they address emissions testing ...... they might have some text about cat warrantees and labels. if you know the manufacturer of your new cat ...... you could learn things from them too, possibly. was it sold to you as 'with warranty' ? If so, that should be stated somewhere you'd think........usually on the invoice or receipt. whatever is the equivalent of Ca's Dept of Consumer Affairs'..........in Arizona ...............that's the sort of thing they might deal with.
