Spray 409 and a scrub brush worked for mine.  Penetrol after.  Could probably use a good wax or something on top of that, but I'll do that after the house without wheels projects are done.

I Have a blue 1989 pop top that needs  cleaning to restore colour.Is there
an easy way to do this?. I have heard of scrubbing  with Vim. Is this it ?
