Bruce, I reproduced all the bends in that long brake line on my ex '85GL using some 3/16 tubing. I took it to a friend who has a bubble flare tool and I was all set. If you can get the old line out in one piece it would help get the bends right. You might also consider using a copper-nickel alloy tube as it's much easier to bend and does not rust.
