So my rebuilt engine is in, started on the first try but it's running rich. Any ideas? It as the original AFM, Idle control valve, stabilizer unit, and oxygen sensor, etc.. Could it be as simple as I need a new O2 Sensor? if so should I get the splice in kind or the whole wire? My mechanic tells me that it might be the wire from O2 sensor from all the years of replacement slicing.. http://www.van-cafe.com/home/van/smartlist_985/oxygen_sensor.html My mechanic tells me the original Breather Tower top comes off to easily. He opened and the top inner components of the unit seem to be deteriorating. Does it require replacement at $90 for the unit or can it refurbish it somehow and seal the top? http://www.van-cafe.com/home/van/smartlist_924/breather_system.html Thanks, Robert NY |
