Everyone,

My wife and I are in Antigonish, NS after putting 2,500 miles on our 91 Westy since leaving Virginia. We spent time hiking in Newfoundland and some time on the Eastern coast of Nova Scotia.

Friday morning at 8:00 we board the ferry from North Sydney, NS to Port aux Basques, Newfoundland. We called on Monday to find the first available ferry space and fpund it would be Friday and the lady in reservations recommended that we make our return reservation at least a week in advance. Since we do not know now how much time we will spend in Newfoundland, we will wait awhile before making that call.

Supposedly, we will have internet access on the ferry so will check email again then. Hopefully, we will run into someone from the list in Newfoundland. Our vanagon is the off white color, a black bra, and with a white canvas bag in the storage well above the front seats.

The van is running great and hopefully the rest of the trip will be free of mechanical problems.
