I don't know how 'actually OEM original' the poster is after.
but at  a buck ninety-nine each...
these may be like originals, or original type ...
but they sure can not be genuine VW OEM.
those would  roughly  15 bucks if any exist anymore.
I haven't asked a VW dealer for one in years,
and there are OEM parts in the aftermarket sometimes. ..........which is how
I used to get these  -  genuine VW ....
for about 13 bucks each I think.

btw, that same company that I could get the OE ones from  also had 'el
cheapo's ......
at no kidding, 35 cents my cost.   I bought about 20 I think.  Shorter than
OE type I think they were.................less leverage on the mechanism
........but they work.
Kinda  floors me, because you can't make money making something and shipping
it and keeping it in a parts inventory if they are only 35 cents to the
wholesale customer.  They must have cost 5 cents each to make, or something
silly like that.  Or they ship 2 million of them at a time from China.
