Well, I got one for this problem. Worked for a car with a similar injection system.

You might enlarge the air inlet into the TB just a little. Mine, I enlarged a little half/round air bleed that was there to allow air past the Throttle body plate.. I used a small jewlers drill and brought my idle up on a racecar that used to die on me as I entered corners...not good, no throttle to catch the rear end with ... Bosch..90's era Porsche 928 with a BIG displacment. Don Hanson
