On older cars, the resistance track can get worn in spots, causing problems only at certain levels of airflow. If that's it, you can loosen the screws which hold the resistance board on, and move it slightly toward or away from the wiper pivot, whichever way you can move it most. That allows the wiper to run across a fresh patch. Seals well, but makes it easy to remove the cover if the need arises. |
