And our precious government probably speed half a million dollars at least, and 4 full time employees, working a year, to find out what is the most efficient engine destroying substitute for engine oil. it will be a relief to not witness this human madness any more eventually. keeping it short - what is so scary, is that once 'they' change a few laws, and come up with more and more fees and regulation..... is that each new things, makes it 'easier' for them to impose even more and more restrictive laws or fees. Each new thing is a precedent that paves the way for the next restriction or higher fee. Each recent one, paves the way for newer even worse ones. Now that they've gotten away with this ( ahem ,.......where are our elected representatives when we need them working for us ? ) ........ now they can just arbitrarily decide say ....... "Any car over 15 years old has an automatic 500 dollars a year registration fee." Or anything they want. Government out of control indeed.
