Allan-

What did they estimate the repair costs to be? When I got in my accident in my '90 GL, they (expectedly) took the same route. Repairs were at about 5 grand, and their initial value estimate was nowhere close. Seemed hopeless, but I did a little bit of homework and won.

Bottom line is this - regardless of which route you take: Don't take the first offer!

Bear in mind that in ANY insurance activity, an "AGENT" represents the *insurer* - NOT the *insured*.

You can do better! Trust me. Blackbeard is about a week away from 260,000 miles and was at 250,000 at the time of the accident.

If you need ANY help or advice, please let me know!

Drew, Las Vegas '90 GL "Blackbeard"
