If only it was that simple ! these cooling systems have many, many parts throughout the van ...... and numerous failure modes. that's not a slam or put -down ..........just a note that there are many funny ways vanagon cooling systems get issues. The ones where 'it's a leak' ........those are the easy ones. lol. scott
