Thanks to all those who replied to my earlier questions regarding AC repair/conversion. As a first step, I find that I need to replace all the hoses (main hoses leaking in several places) [all other components appear to be working fine]. I have a quote for rebuild of the 4 main hoses for ~$300 (I pull & reinstall). Does this seem reasonable, or does anyone know of somewhere in the SF area that would do this for less?
