$300 sounds pretty fair, but If you are going through the trouble to pull all the hoses, get a quote from Hose & Fittings http://www.hfeweb.com/storelocations.aspx The Fremont store is well equipped to build pretty much any hose you need while you wait. You can also ask Felipe at Berkeley Radiator (small AC shop) if he can do and what he'd charge, nice guy, very Vanagon friendly. http://www.berkeleyradiator.com/
