Warren, I took a bunch of pic's before I disassembled the brakes just to make sure I could get them back together again. See the att. file. Are you sure you got the slot on the hook right? Also, where the emg brake cable comes through the backing plate there may be the possibility that it isn't seated correctly? And, that it may have loosened the cable at that point? Just guessin' here, but best of luck on it! If you need more pic's just let me know! JC...
