Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.

Turns out it was just the motors! They had not been lubricated ever! Dry to the bone.

Lubricated and now working perfectly.

Next issues..

How are you suppose to place the wiring on the drivers side!?

I can't figure out how to place the wires without the passenger side window cable getting pulled out when I put the drivers side window down. It yanks it out and almost crushes the wire.

Is there a diagram somewhere that shows how that rat next of cables is suppose to be tiewrapped? What to? Which area? Trying everything but I am at the end of my thinking cap.
