Buzz isn't from the dash, but under the front of the vehicle :( I see a rusty device down there with brake lines going to and from it. I presume that's the brake apportioning device. Nothing on it in the Bentley. ETKA says that is either the brake pressure reducer or the ABS unit. Being a US 91 model, I suspect it isn't an ABS unit....
