Possibly a bad O2 sensor? An easy test would be to disconnect it and drive around. Disconnect the single wire which has a blade type connection. If that solves the problem it won't hurt to drive it disconnected until the sensor is replaced. It will just run richer. Could this also be the a bad Temp II sensor? Or maybe poor grounds?
