and you know, the funny thing is, that this comes when scrap metal is at an all time low.. and junkyards have been hoarding crushed cars waiting for the prices to go back up..so they have not been buying as many junkers...
now there will be a incredible surge of junked cars....while scrap metal is low.... what does this mean? the goverment will have to find somewhere to put all these things because junkyards arent buying them because scrap is so low??? LOL brilliant move obama!!
