All the swaybar dors is to force the front wheels to "fight" one another in their up & down travel, thus reducing the bodyroll (which is why they're called antirollbars in most of the world). Thus slop in the swaybar bushes is hardly going to have a noticable effect (unlike the bushes in the suspension itself!). But it doesn't hurt to have healthy bushes anyway.
