What is the condition of your throttle body? Timing? Flat spots are generally tied to one of those. Z

This is going to sound odd, but try turning the idle adjustment screw IN. I have seen this before where the screw is turned out to raise the idle. It gets turned out to far, the idle goes up, and the stabilizer compensates to drop the idle, then raises again, compensate again...hence, the bouncing. Turn the screw in maybe 1/4 to 1/2 turn and see if it fixes it. Z

RPMs go from 900 up to 1300 then back to 900 every second up then down up then down....... some times it will stall at a stop while it is in drive. Thanks for your help guys.
